Autumn Yoga Mini Retreat

I am really excited to bring to you another Seasonal Yoga Mini Retreat right here in the city at The Yoga & Pilates Place Studio.

A perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of life & take a mini time out to nourish & care for yourself.
We will start with a Chi Kung sequence to warm up the body, followed by an Autumn yoga flow focusing on breath with movement working with the organs of elimination , the Lungs and Large Intenstine.
After a short tea break we will wind down with a lovely pranayama ( yogic breathing) to deepen the breath an energise the lungs followed by a short meditation to declutter & calm the mind.
We will end with a guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra which will leave you feeling rested & relaxed so you float out back home ready to face the world again.
