Class Description

We offer a wide range of Pilates and Yoga classes for all ages and abilities. We have a full range of Mat classes and full Pilates equipment based classes on the traditional Pilates Reformer. We also offer Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates classes.

Some of our classes follow set sequences, enabling you to become familiar and improve your practice.

We have a variety of sequences to ensure your body and mind is always challenged and learning new things.

We also have advanced classes; these are not set routines. In these classes each teacher will implement their own style of teaching and practice. As experienced practitioners, each teacher will ensure that their classes challenge and stimulate you both physically and mentally.

We change our timetable every few months to allow us to develop and grow with our students to offer you the best timetable to suit you!

Some students favour one particular class while others enjoy a variety of styles and practices. The best way to decide which class is for you is to try them all and decide for yourself; we recommend you start with a set sequence class. All levels are welcome to join.
