If our body mechanics are incorrect, we will not get benefit from exercising.
If our body mechanics are incorrect, we will not get benefit from exercising. In fact, if our posture and alignment are poor or incorrect, then exercise can exacerbate the problem, leading to strain and pain.
Even more worryingly, poor posture or alignment will prevent our bodies from functioning properly, and can lead to any or all of the following symptoms:
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Joint aches and pains
- Muscle weakness
- Circulatory problems
- Poor balance and/or coordination
- Digestive problems
