We’ve created 2 beginner Pilates courses for you. The Reformer is a wonderful piece of equipment. Pilates brings so many health benefits. Regular practice can help improve posture, strengthen and tone your muscles, improve balance, flexibility and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Many clients find it good for their mental health as the breathing and movement unites the mind and body.

Courses are £69 for an 8 week course. You’ll get a full introduction to the moves and equipment and a real understanding of the principles of Pilates.

It introduces you to the key postures, to core stability, pelvic neutrality and breathing techniques. This will allow you to attend classes with confidence and build your own self-practice routine to prevent back pain and injury in the long run.

We advise you to book early as course fill up and we have limited spaces. Prior booking is required.

We have 2 courses starting over the next week, please note when you are booked onto a course date you are booked into that course. if you wish a week we can try and slot you into another make up class at no extra cost.
