Peace & Quiet Yoga Night
It is Friday the 13th, but there is nothing for you to be scared of. Instead, enjoy the evening to chill out with a nurturing restorative yoga practice, followed by yoga nidra (deep relaxation), pranayama (breathing technique) and mantra meditation. With the days getting colder and darker, it is important to conserve the energy and feel rejuvenated and balanced. Herbal tea and healthy snacks will be provided at the end of this very relaxing session. Suitable for adults of any age and fitness level. An evening to share love with yourself and others.
