Booking is now open for the next term of Prenatal Pilates for mums to be. Prenatal Pilates 4th November
This term is suitable for mums to be that are having a healthy pregnancy. This term is suitable from 6 weeks pregnant up-to as long and mum to be feels able to take part. We have mums participating right until due date.
This term will be taught by Sarah Jane Walls, author of Healthy Fit Mummy. The sessions will take place on the Reformer. You do not need to have experience on the Reformer to participate. Exercising during pregnancy has been proven to be great for both mum and baby. The goal of this term is to equip you with the strength and endurance for delivery and also to help you turn to fitness faster after baby arrives.

We appreciate you may not be able to make every class we do allow make-up classes that are instructed by Sarah Jane – to do a make-up class for prenatal please ensure you talk to Sarah jane directly so she can advise suitable classes to make up.
