Join Jennifer to learn the Peak Level 3 order and how to advance your practice using the Pilates Principles of Centring, Control, Concentration, Breath, Precision and Flowing Movement.

This term is only for clients that wish to work through the progression series with us here at The Yoga Pilates Place mastering all the Reformer levels and fully understanding the movements. This class is ideal if you want to advance your pilates.
